My favourite drink when I feel like a night time cuppa and sweet kick but want to avoid the sugar and caffeine before bed! I’ve got hubby and a few friends onto it now too! So yum.

I was looking for something to add to our wind down ritual. Both my son and daughter love the hot chocolate and the fact it’s helping them relax for bed.

Magnesium hot chocolate

Our whole family has been loving this magnesium hot chocolate! It’s become part of our nightly routine—we all curl up in bed with a warm cup before going to sleep, and it’s such a relaxing way to end the day. It tastes delicious, isn’t overly sweet, and has really helped create a calming bedtime ritual. We genuinely look forward to it every night and will definitely be buying it again.
