The wrist straps felt really nice on the wrist and helped with my wrist pain on all pushing movements. The elbow sleeves felt really great on all my push movements like bench press and shoulder press and has helped me do more weight. The knee sleeves felt amazing on squats it make the movement feel very smooth the whole time and no stress on the kness just pure isolation on the quads and any leg pressing movement I’ve done
