I ordered this merchandise along with a steno keyboard. However, the retailer decided to ship the two items separately via different carriers. The keyboard was shipped via USPS, while the merchandise was sent through Dragonfly, which I found to be one of the least reliable carriers in Canada. Unfortunately, Dragonfly left the package in an unsafe location, and it was stolen by the time I checked. I understand this isn't entirely the retailer's fault, but by choosing to ship items separately, they bear some responsibility. Be aware of this when making your purchase.
