While most of your jewelry are just amazing. I will not be making any purchases moving forward. I have tried twice to purchase rings from you.....my first purchase I to exchange for a larger size....no issue; sent it back and then your company lost it in warehouse...tried again with most recent purchase of smaller ring with inscription. Disappointed again....the etching was sloppy and too big for such (what I thought) small ring and thickness of ring was disappointing. This ring looked gaudy and cheap. While I will not discourage anyone from purchasing from your site....no one in my family will do so....

Love all the purchase I have made with you company. Will be making more once things clam down in my personal life
