Keenz 7S+ Replacement Frame

Overall I love my wagon, however when I made this purchase there was not enough information in the description. I needed the frame and the back axel. The website listed that the axels were out of stock, so when I found the frame I was ecstatic to see that the axel was included in the picture! I doubled checked the description to see if it was also included with the frame, but it did not say, so I assumed everything that was advertised in the picture came with it. Maybe my fault, I just wish there was more included in the descriptions for Keenz products. Customer service was very helpful and found an axel in their warehouse, but was not offered any discounts or waived shipping. I also wish that the adjustable handles were a bit more sturdy. I always feel like I’m going to snap it when going uphill loaded or on rough terrain. Otherwise, GREAT WAGON.
