The quality for their muay thai shorts compared to other brands is well worth the money, and wait time (delivery). I went by the sizing chart, and it was way too big XL. If you are 32 to 34 waist, then go with medium. Also their is room for my butt most muay thai shorts have no room. My favorite fitting brand so far! Keep up the good work!
