So many compliments, I did get the two letters on it just to see what it looked like but would not do it again it's like a velvet heat transfer and it sticks out like a sore thumb

I need to do an return or exchange

I sent customer service an email about a week ago to find out how to do this exchange as the one pair I ordered for myself is too big. I still haven't heard back but I am getting emails about deals only from Lazy Pants. I am not impressed with their service.
