5’ 4 I was surprised at how well it fit me! I am about 220 pounds and actually fit the XL! It did cover my behind; even when I bent over for the most part. (I still prefer to kneel however). Material is soft and stretchy, thick quality. I don’t think it’s completely worth the price but I am not mad either!
