"Bay & Boujee" Unisex Crewneck Sweatshirt

This was a bday gift. I ordered it well in advance on March 15th. The item was only sent for shipping on March 28th, 14 DAYS AFTER I ordered it. There was no indication at the time of ordering that it would be delayed or not shipped in a timely fashion. I also reached out via email and did not get a response. Very disappointed. On a positive note, the item arrived (a week after her birthday) it was a little big but she loved it. Giving 2 stars due to poor customer service.
