I wasn’t sure of sizes for my daughter as I thought 3-4 might be too small as she’s not long gone into size 4-5 clothes and when I explained to the staff member, they reassured me that if they didn’t fit to keep the packaging and I’ll be able to exchange the size. And even when I ordered twice in the day they were really good to put all my order together when I collected. Thank you :)

Delivery slow

Ordered item to be delivered to school, wait times are extremely long. Not mentioned on the website that you would have to wait a month if you select local collection from school. No communication to indicate when item would arrive, had to chase to be told it can a month
