I was nonplussed when I put these on and strolled around my house, because these are definitely a business casual shoe with extra comfort from heel to sole. These are certainly cozy, as the padded heel hugs my ankle. The ORTHOLITE footbed delivers; my feet didn’t ache for two 8 hour shifts on my feet. The dark brown works with my tortoise colored and other earth toned shirts, and the crocodile leather upper allows me to match with a cognac leather belt and brandy colored jacket. Certainly, the colors are versatile. More importantly, it’s true I don’t want to take my shoes off. I attached a photo of the shoes (after wearing these a few days dressed up at work in slacks and tie and one day paired with dark denim jeans). The photo includes the optional shoe laces, shoe horn, Milagro foundation card, and the colorful shoe box; the packaging shows the love that was put into caring for the product and customer. Truly an impressive gift, I definitely recommend this company to anyone who asks, and I will buy more.
