AirPods Pro (2nd Generation) Right Ear Replacement (A2698) – Lightning – Slightly Used

The Slightly Used Lightning right AirPod wasn’t the condition I needed, so I returned it. Support was helpful at first, but communication slowed down when I needed help finding the correct Lightning replacement. Inventory and communication delays made the process harder than expected. However, the packaging was minimal, just a sealable bag inside a FedEx envelope which didn’t feel protective enough for a Like New electronic item. Free returns were helpful, but shipping protection could be improved.

I think, replacing one defect AirPod instead of ditching and buying new is a great option. And the replacement works just fine. The help with pairing the replacement provided was perfect and easy to follow.

Don’t order from this site! Waste of money and time ! They sent me the wrong Gen AirPod TWICE, I had to pay a EXCHANGE FEE even tho it was THEIR mistake! AND THEY STILL SENT THE WRONG ONE! First and LAST time ordering from this incompetent company.
