Not true to size

This is the 2nd of the same shoe ordered. I wear a 9 and I ordered a 9. The first one fits like a 10. I ordered the 2nd one hesitated to purchase an 8 so I ordered the 8’5. I should have ordered the 8. The 8. 5 is ok but not a true fit.

Very disappointed

I ordered the size I normally wear and I have worn them only once. I put on again for church last Sunday and had to take them off. They are so loose that they are treacherous. I would like to return
