First of all, the location of Lot 22 is fantastic (right in the heart of downtown Redlands). The service is awesome too. I've spoken with Zach (the owner) and with Alexis. They both want to educate about olive oil, as well as provide samples. They told me about the importance of dark glass bottles, harvest dates, and polyphenol counts.
