Custom Paint by Number Kit

I thought I ordered it framed, it was not, it was rolled up and has creases in the canvas, I've ordered a lot of paintings from you people this is the first one that I'm disappointed that, I guess it's my fault for not looking at what I really ordered, but it has lines increases in it that I can't get out and I have to unroll it and paint it down to paint it not what I wanted.

The paints have an odd smell and the contour layout of the picture is very difficult to follow.

Totally love painting a photo that I took. This was my first one. I'm on my third painting now. Good quality supplies.
