Need a new exchange process

We love the dress!!! The quality is great and it is very pretty on. It was too big and we tried to do an exchange but in order to get an exchange (and not pay $10 to return) we had to send the dress back and then have them send the other size to us. They also do not guarantee that they would still have the size you wanted. I set up the exchange and then before had time to send the dress back a checked again and they no longer had the size we needed (a couple days later) If I had sent the dress back immediately we would be without a dress and my daughter would be heartbroken.

So cute- fit larger than expected and XS was out of stock so having altered because I love it

This dress was stunning and looks amazing on. Only thing I would say is the straps fall off your arms kind of easily so I would buy some fashion tape to keep it in place. Otherwise great!
