If I could give less stars I would, purely due to professionalism. Dress unfortunately is very poor quality which is understandable given the price, although the stitching was not completed correctly at the hem of the skirt causing loose threads and unwearable as it would fall apart during wear. Sent 3 different emails attempting to contact, all had mail undeliverable. Finally received a call back from the company and the lady on the phone gave me condescending attitude when I explained why I was requesting a refund, saying that ‘there is an image of someone wearing it on the package so I don’t see the issue with it’ and said ‘riight’ when I explained what was wrong. I was told to send photos of the costume to see if I was eligible for a refund which I decided I’d just throw it out rather than go back and forth with this company.
