Tootsie Fruit Chews Candy in Box (Individually Wrapped)

This candy had an odor to it. The company did replace it, but the new candy was too hard to eat. I tried to microwave it a bit and it did soften it up some, but it wasn’t great. For the price the fruit chews should be chewy like normal. Since both shipments were bad I really think they need to toss their supply if this.
