Replacement Lock Cylinder(s)

Great service

I'd misplaced me keys shortly after purchase. I contacted customer service and they quickly set me a replacement

The cylinder is great. The shipping, not so much. Shipper took it upon themselves to change the address to a PO Box rather that leave it how it was input. Consequently, it was shipped to the wrong person. Thankfully, that person took it to the local post office and I was able to retrieve the package. Thank God for honest country folk.
