Red Beard's No. 8 is THE BEST dry rub for ribeye steaks. I've been using this for several years until my local butcher closed down. Never thought to order it online. Get yourself a 1-2" thick boneless ribeye, cover every side generously with Red Beard's No. 8, sear each side for 1 min at 300f, then drop the temp down to 180-200f and flip every 8 mins until it's ready. Guaranteed delicious.
