Very pretty dress, high quality, wish sizing was more flexible

I really like this dress, I just have a few issues with it. The neck is far too large for me, and the arm holes are just a little too snug, but the rest of the dress seems to fit great. It's definitely not made for my body type, but it seems like adjustments will be fairly easy. The arm beads also don't look the same as the picture, mine came in a little shorter.
