Immersion Blender

I am actually mad that I did not know this Made in America dynamo existed before now. I only buy products made by adults earning a living wage so I have been buying the 70’s equivalents of this piece for some time. I love the blade in this bowl attachment because its how I hide onions and red peppers in my children’s dishes. I shred both down to miniscule bits which I then caramelize in a cast iron with beef tallow adding salt and pepper along the way. Then I add their mRNA-free, local sourced ground beef which the onion and pepper just melt into. I eat them like this as St. Joe MaidRites but for the kids I add this mix to their homemade mac and cheese or queso dip.

Have been perfectly happy with this product. Is giving me the flexibility is using blendtec for smaller amounts
