Great bag, but early nylon fraying

I really like this bag. Works well for work/in city, and at 24L big enough to serve as daypack and support travel. However, the nylon that attaches the handle above the straps began to fray within the first couple of days, which is disappointing.

I don’t know where to start! This is possibly the best item I have bought in terms of build quality and functionality. There is not a single detail that has been over looked and it has replaced every bag I own. I use it for work commute hiking shopping! It fits every function. AND I have just discovered that there is a camera bag that fits perfectly to purchase separately! Don’t think, just buy!!! Game changer!
