heels fell apart after three wears

Beautiful looking shoes but after three wears the heel came apart on one shoe and there's a whole in the other.

These shoes look beue, but they are so uncomfortable. They killed me! Horrible experience. I'm still recovering from a horrible blister! Not recommended. I should be paid to wear them.
