The One

I can only give 2 stars based on the following. First, there was a delay in shipping my order as some of the items ordered were not in stock. I only found out after i reached out to them. I was told i would receive a 10ml diffuser for my inconvenience. Then, when I sent a message with my replacement, another email was sent back indicating another 2 items were not in stock. After 4 emails then my orders were sent. Then when I received it, a mystery gift (part of my total purchase) and the additional small diffuser were not sent. So in short, good product but not so good service.

They do not give advance notice to confirm weather you are ready to recieve the next shipment. I canceled the subscription. They also use a special length C cord charging cord which broke the first time we used the unit. No other C Charging cord would work. I had to wait 4 weeks to get it ordered and still have not received it due to a back log of orders according to the reply for delivery information and offered a $20 gift card if I wanted it. Not just send, not just attach it to the email but reply back if I wanted it.

First of all, it doesn't provide enough coverage, and the scent is barely noticeable. Secondly, they offer a surprise gift that I never received. And thirdly, there are cheaper oils on the market with longer-lasting scents and lower prices than yours.
