Not only was the delivery very prompt, but it was a terrific price and signed by Kenji himself. We have already made several recipes from the book and all have been delicious. Kenji’s writing style is thoughtful and intelligent, but also personable and humorous. It has opened up a new style of food and numerous techniques to our home.
