Excellent customer service

I had a small shipping mishap where my auto fill input my previous address. Obviously, the call didn't show up to my current address. The co-owner was more than willing to ship me a whole other box call. Until he realized my given address didn't match the order form address (completely my fault). Simple enough mistake for me to fix because my old address is very close to my current address. But the fact they were willing to go as far as to send out another call free of charge means a lot to me. Great call as well.

This call sounds great straight out of the box very pleased with this purchase. Will definitely be buying more products from this company
