Been waiting for a while for this scope. It does everything promised. StarSense app works flawlessly. Very happy with this buy. Special thanks to Kevin for his support and ideas for me as a noob to get started

At First Glance

During my online research, I read that in general, the Celestron scopes were factory collimated, so that when customers received them, collimation was generally not necessary. My scope was drastically misaligned. Screws on the scondary mirror were extremely tight while the locking screws on the primary mirror were loose. I collimated the optics and secured all screws.

Awesome telescope, changed my mind though and couldn’t return it for a refund (once box was open). This is why I buy stuff on Amazon rather than smaller companies that I wish I could support. Still 5 starts. Company was quick with their delivery.
