Beautifully presented and filled with delicious treats, I added on a happy birthday balloon, and when it arrived the box was big enough that the balloon floated up and out creating an extra surlrise wow moment making the gift extra special

Good customer service amidst missed same day delivery

Although there was a mishap with the same day delivery, Josh made sure to have it delivered the next day. I didn't get to surprise my friend with the gift since I had to ask if it was delivered. Nonetheless she appreciated the sweet gesture. Still a good experience overall.
