Shungite PORTAL Necklace

I went out of my way to get the brown leather by ordering from your website but you still sent the black leather. It broke as I was trying to put it on the first time which is maddening. The discarded the little extra piece and connected it to the smaller ring piece. It doesn't seem like it's going to last very long at all. It doesn't look that good after all, it would look better if it the necklace had like 4 inches more length and if the metatrons cube was at least a little bit visible... And if the corners werent so sharp. The whole piece should be bigger. This would fit a kid well. I am also mad I had to pay for the shipping and it said 3 days but it took 2 days before they sent it. Not happy at all. Wish you would fix all these problems with a new better product.
