This reminds me so much of my mom's peanut brittle which I have NEVER been able to replicate. Husband loves it as well. Just an incredible roasted peanut flavor and not hard like most brittle, it's really good. You can't eat just one piece.

I had to order more because I only got one bag and my husband ate it. He said it's BETTER than any peanut brittle he's had since my mom passed. I know it's not the same type of brittle but it is excellent!
