Premium Short 1-Button Classic UGG Boots

Poor quality and a customer service that doesn’t care.

I purchased two pairs of boots for my wife, a black and a tan pair. The black pair are perfect but the other boots have much thinner material and do not maintain their shape. This has been raised with the customer service department together with photographs. The reply was that the flexibility allows the boots to mould naturally to the wearer over time, I fail to see how it can mould to the leg over time. The boots look like they are not done up. Still waiting for a response, it’s been 4 days now. In addition they were made in China and not Australia and when they arrive in the UK you have to pay a considerable amount on import fees.

My granddaughter asked for UGG boots and is thrilled with her Christmas present. They arrived on time and are a perfect fit! Thank you.
