Poor Quality Printing & Terrible Customer Service Do NOT be enticed by the lower prices. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable printer instead. These boxes are cheaply made with terrible printing quality. We have printed thousands of books, shipping bags, and clothing items, and this is by far the WORST printing we have ever received. The details are blurry and smudged everywhere. When we reached out with photo proofs of the poor quality, they blamed us for having a low quality file and that we should have paid extra for their help with it. We uploaded one of their acceptable formats using their exact template dimensions. We've used this same file format successfully for thousands of other products. They also told us we're still getting a good deal because the boxes are still useable and cheaper than blanks. For a business advertising elevate branding through branded packaging, this response is unacceptable.

Pretty quick turn around, but the boxes are a bit flimsy. Other than that, I might return and buy more.
