Love the berries

The berry ice cream is wonderful. It deserves to stand alone. I do like passion fruit but the ice cream seemed to be a contest between the berries and the passion fruit and in this case the passion fruit lost out. It would do great in a less complex ice cream: just vanilla, or how about just ginger? Keep the fabulous berries. Give the passion fruit a different place to shine.
