The Chamois is not what is used to be

I have been buying Pearl Izumi bike shorts for over 10 years. They have changed the 'levels' of chamois and no longer fit my needs unfortunately, so I had to change brands. The Select is too thin, and the Elite is too thick. They used to have an in-between pad that was perfect. I had to return these. Otherwise, I liked the mesh on the side.

NICE SHORTS BUT TOO BIG

I returned these as they were too big. I ordered according to the size description but the shorts are larger than described.

Wish the sides were still mesh!

I love these liner shorts but I wish the sides were still mesh! They are a little less breathable. But I like the pad and the design. I bough extras in case the design changes.
