Turin DF64 Gen 2 Single Dose Flat Burr Coffee Grinder

Great grinder BUT….

The grinder itself is great, excellent quality, really does the job well and love the single dosing but ALL who sell this grinder say the dosing collar is included but it wasn’t. Have been trying to get one through Artisti but haven’t as yet, despite several emails and promises. It is needed because tapping on the damper sends grounds everywhere outside of dosing cup after grinding. If the collar was on, would be far less mess. That’s my only fault. Really disappointed by this. Otherwise, excellent grinder that I would have given 5 star. Service has been good at answers re collar but nothing yet received.
