Took forever and way too small on me

I read measurement sizes, I was so excited about the ruffle set but it does not fit at all, and took serveral months to get to me. Expensive, didn’t fit, and took forever

Runs very small. I ordered a medium and it fit like an XS. The top and leggings were beautiful though.
