NOT AS DESCRIBED. ARRIVED *BENT*. Cheap poorly cast pot metal. Chain clasp set-up is weak and already opening. Smaller than pictured. Lacking detail. Flimsy and cheap. Slow arrival--Drop-shipped from chyna. Virtually zero chance this isn't fraudulent. No way donations are being made for US vet service dogs. A most disappointing experience. I'm going to give it away to a homeless person. Save your money and buy the equivant for a couple of dollars at a flea market. Laughable. You fooled me once. Shame on you. AVOID.
