OontZ True Wireless BudZ

Purchased twice, neither pair worked

Purchased this product once through Amazon. com. Returned item when neither earbud charged even after leaving plugged in and in case for several days. Bought again directly through Oontz. This time only one ear bud charged, the other did not. With only one functioning ear bud I was unable to connect to bluetooth. When requesting a return, was asked to take video footage of me going through the various troubleshooting steps requested by Oontz. My time to do so is worth more than what I paid for the budget earbuds so I took the loss, and decidedly not purchase from them again despite having purchased Angle speakers for myself and friends over the past several years as gifts.

Disappointing

Tricky to pair and not much time on a charge.

I love the look of the buds. Calls weren't very clear and also the other party said that i sounded far away or i was breaking up. Listen to music is ok. I noticed after about five minutes of listening to music or talking on the phone the buds heat up in my ear. I didnt know if it was the contacts or the whole earpiece, I NEVER had a heating earbud in my ear so i immediately took them out and haven't used them since. I really wanted these to work because of the size and the initial comfort. I didn't expect a lot for $25 bucks. I was hoping to be blown away like the mini speaker I purchased from this company.
