Product has asymetrical stitching and the magnetic clasp is not centered. I contacted Baggu for a replacement, was told to contact this third party seller (Benchpressed) to discuss wholesale warranty solutions. I still have not received a reply on my inquiry after also notifying them a second time. Poor customer service.
