Star Trek Frome Phone Case

I bought this phone case as a Christmas gift for my Dad and double-checked his phone type with my Mom. The case itself is fine but my Mom told me the incorrect phone type and I ordered the wrong size case. When I emailed Frome's customer support, they said there was nothing they could do about it except offer me a small discount to repurchase the correct size case. Their "no returns" refund policy was not listed anywhere during the purchase process so I effectively wasted $40 on their product. Do not buy a case from them unless you are certain it is the correct size since their customer service won't offer any assistance.
