Signature Palm Script Tee

I received my order but I’m not happy with the quality. I previously bought the exact same style of T-shirt and loved it, which is why I order it again, but this time it’s noticeably different. The fabric and construction feel much cheaper, the neckline is thicker and more basic looking (unlike the thinner neckline shown in the listing photos), also the color is more grayish purple than black, even though both say 100% cotton. Could I have received a defective item? The quality doesn’t match my previous purchase, the listing or the price. I emailed cuatomer service 5 days ago and haven’t received any response.
