Palma Illusion Earrings

I ordered a gold pair of earrings for my wife, for her 40th birthday. I also paid for expedited shipping. However, when my package never arrived/seemed late, I had to reach out to customer service, who THEN told me the gold earrings were out of stock, even though I ordered such online. I then had to resort to getting a silver pair and never got a refund for the expedited shipping. Obviously, my order arrived late, past my wife's birthday. Customer service was kind, but also unwilling to cut me a deal or do anything to make up for their mistake of allowing me to order something online, and pay extra for fast shipping, that was not available. Inexcusable. Will not recommend this business to anyone.

Lovely earrings! They look so good on their own or stacked together! I would have ideally liked them to have a kind of huggie hoop back instead of butterfly. I love how they even upgrade the look of the other earrings I wear :)
