I was just now able to set it up last night. I can’t wait to use it for the first time. I was so impressed with the material used and how thick and sturdy it was.

After being scammed from a different company I was in the market to make a purchase and looked at the website. Victor reached out asking if I had any questions. Answered all of them sent me a few links to watch on setups and product. They had a special promo that was set to expire that he pointed out to take advantage of. He was very non pushy and most helpful. When I got home looked over the links had a couple more questions reached out again and Victor was very quick to respond and I made a purchase really based off his recommendation. But his customer service was awesome. Also the speed of shipping was like no other. It was packed up and shipped out the following day and arrived 3 days later. So kudos to them and everyone involved to make that happen. After set up I couldn't get the drop in thermometer to switch to from c to f. Called customer service and they sent me over to technical support. Josh the tech couldn't remember how to do it and grabbed one while I was on the phone to figure it. Got it fixed and working. Really happy with the product. Went with the bigger chiller just to cover my bases for when it warms up and I can put it outside with a bigger tank. After set up started out at 44.5° took a little over an hour to cool off to 37° So far extremely impressed with the product and customer service. So my hats off to Titan wellness.

The tub is awesome, amazing size and feels incredibly sturdy. It can't be any more happy with that purchase. The only concern is that I can't get the chiller to cool the water below 39.4°F, the last cold plunge I used at a friends flirted with the temp at 32°F and 33°F, I was hoping it would get colder.
