Hi There! I emailed right after I picked up Pillow Covers to express toy concern to Pippa. (Order Confirmation CO_9674) The Fabric is lovely & construction is as expected. But I was very disappointed that this caliber of pillow cover was shipped folded in a soft sided bag! In fact, I could not believe it. As a Designer, I order Pillows online very often, this was the first high end vendor to ship in this manner. The Covers all needed "steamed" to diffuse the wrinkled look. If covers would have arrived on Install Day it would have taken a lot of extra time to get the pillows the way I want them. Luckily I ordered in plenty of time. I just wanted to let you all know.
