Inspiration

I was inspired by the show "Salt, Fat, Acid and Heat" - just bought the Yakitori book to get rolling - my new grill will be here in its place of honor (pic below)

Yummy family Hibachi dinner night

I ordered my partner a traditional Japanese hibachi grill and set it up for the first time last night. The food cooked on it is amazing! I also have a smoker and charcoal grill but the flavor of the hibachi was incredible and unique due to the special Binchotan White Charcoal. The Hibachi is now our favorite way to cook outdoors.
