English Muffin Splitter

The muffin splitter is well worth the money. I find using it keeps the texture of the muffin mostly intact unlike using a knife . It is also much simpler and faster than using a fork all around the muffin. Good idea, thank you

The splitter seems to work fairly well on the sourdough muffins but not as well on the others. I suspect it has a lot to do with the consistency of the muffins.

Works great, easy to use. Never thought about such a neat device, glad I got it.
