I’m very happy that I was able to replace the inner pot and use it like new again. When it was sold out and I had to wait, the customer service staff guided me very well, so I was able to purchase it according to the schedule they provided. I also successfully ordered the rubber gasket thanks to their explanation, and I was pleased to receive it. Most of all, their quick and responsive service made me feel at ease throughout the entire process.

Works as intended

It's a great replacement when the inner pot is scratched but I had to order twice of the same model to get the right fit. At the same time their customer service was great and was able to quickly resolved the issue for me!

Inner Pot. . . Inner Peace

Just received the inner pot for our rice cooker. Needed a desperate replacement as the original pot was scratched up and gouged out somehow. I have so much peace now knowing that pfas aren't leaking into our rice now.
