I had an issue with the gouge in the set, but the issue was quickly resolved by some very outstanding customer service. When it comes to customer service, you can’t ever go wrong with these folks. Their dedication to customer service is amazing.

Lack of sharpness

Sorry late response. I have improvement requests to which I bought. Knifes don't cut well enogh. Especially, Hook knife and Gouges. I hope you could help me.

3 piece spoon kit

Great looking tools, polished edge great to work with. I like them so we'll i just grabbed a couple bowl rouges. Maybe in the future offer the iron only they buyers are craftsmen also then we won't have to replace them for our comfort.
