The pump arrived with a broken fan. The company immediately overnighted a replacement to me. Great customer service. Great product. Great price. I will definitely do business with them in the future..

Jeff was outstanding! Not only did he reply to my email asking about expedited shipping at 8:30pm on a Wednesday, but he did it in three minutes. You heard that right, he responded at 8:30pm within three minutes. Once he informed me it would show up a few days earlier than the shipping email was indicating, I was satisfied and no longer needed to upgrade shipping. He then went on to help me out, hopefully avoiding future repairs, by suggesting that I install an inline water filter. We chatted back and forth about that a bit and went on our way. The part showed up when he expected it too, was a perfect fit and I am now back to making perfect full cubes that are just a little bit clearer than before. Thanks much, Jeff!
